A global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Brand Manager for their acute portfolio to drive sustainable, profitable growth of the product portfolios/ therapeutic categories with appropriate strategic direction, brand stewardship and commercial acumen.
Duties & Responsibilities
Research: Analyse the marketplace to understand the target audience, competitors, and spending
Develop strategy: Create a brand story and customer experience that connects the company with its products and builds loyalty
Create marketing: Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including messaging, visual elements, and budgets
Manage projects: Oversee the development of marketing campaigns and ensure brand alignment across multiple marketing areas
Analyse data: Analyse data for trends and insights to inform branding decisions
Communication: Communicate with marketing teams and advise them on branding strategy
Maintain relationships: Maintain relationships with company stakeholders
Managing budget

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing related)
Bachelor’s degree in life science or (bio) medical sciences - advantageous
Prior experience as a Product Manager or Sales Manager is advantageous
Proven experience in pharmaceutical industry (3-5 years)
Proficiency in English, both oral and written communications
Financial and budgeting skills and experience
Detailed track record of successful sales initiatives advantageous
Digital literacy (MS Office programs)
Financial literacy
