We are seeking aâ¯Marketing Specialist - Brand & Communicationâ¯to drive the execution of brand campaigns, develop engaging marketing materials, and provide creative support. This dynamic role blendsâ¯brand management,â¯content creation, andâ¯creative execution, ensuring the company's brand presence remains compelling and consistent. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, the specialist will collaborate closely with theâ¯marketing team, external agencies, and the Graphic Artist to deliver impactful marketing assets that enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
Brand Campaign Management & Coordination:
- Executeâ¯brand campaignsâ¯from brief to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand objectives.
- Manage campaigns with external agencies and overall external project deadlines
- Provide input on creative brand and communication strategies
- Produce key brand materials likeâ¯sell sheets,â¯brochures, andâ¯presentations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain consistency inâ¯brand tone and visualsâ¯across all touchpoints.
Content Creation & Marketing Support:
- Develop marketing collateral such asâ¯sell sheets,â¯PowerPoint presentations andâ¯brochures to support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and optimize content forâ¯our digital efforts (web, social media, email campaigns) ensuring brand alignment and consistency.
- Support the development ofâ¯automated marketing campaigns viaâ¯Salesforce,â¯Pardot.
Creative Support & Visual Asset Development:
- Provideâ¯hands-on creative supportâ¯to the marketing team, working with our Graphic Artist, in designing visual assets, ensuring projects meet brand standards and deadlines.
- Support the production ofâ¯photographyâ¯andâ¯video contentâ¯for campaigns by assisting inâ¯shoot coordinationâ¯andâ¯asset organization.
- Assist in updating and maintainingâ¯corporate templates, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Brand Consistency & Communications:
- Ensure the consistency ofâ¯branding and messagingâ¯across all marketing initiatives, internal/external communications and external agencies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure adherence to establishedâ¯brand guidelines.
- Contribute toâ¯ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) initiatives, integrating them into external campaigns and internal communications.
Market Trends & Insights:
- Stay informed aboutâ¯market trends,â¯competitive activities, andâ¯customer insights, providing actionable recommendations to the team.
- Support withâ¯customer satisfaction surveysâ¯and analyze marketing performance data to improve future campaigns.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Bachelor’s degreeâ¯in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4–6 yearsâ¯of experience in marketing, brand management, or content creation.
- Experience managing external agencies and collaborating with vendors, ensuring alignment with brand objectives while adhering to project timelines and tight schedules. Proven ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring efficient project management from concept to execution.
- Proficiency withâ¯Adobe Creative Suiteâ¯(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom) andâ¯Canva.
- Video editing skillsâ¯using tools likeâ¯Adobe Premiere Proâ¯orâ¯Final Cut Proâ¯are a strong asset.
- Familiarity working withâ¯Salesforce,â¯Pardot, or CRM platform.
- Familiarity withâ¯Digital Asset Management (DAM)â¯systems.
- Comfortable usingâ¯project management toolsâ¯such asâ¯Asana,â¯Wrike, orâ¯Monday.com.
- Strongâ¯brand sensitivityâ¯with a creative and innovative mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Written and verbal communication skills in French.
- Written and verbal communication skills in English will be considered an asset.
- Ability to workâ¯independentlyâ¯while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
