We are seeking a Marketing Specialist - Brand & Communication to drive the execution of brand campaigns, develop engaging marketing materials, and provide creative support. This dynamic role blends brand management, content creation, and creative execution, ensuring the company's brand presence remains compelling and consistent. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, the specialist will collaborate closely with the marketing team, external agencies, and the Graphic Artist to deliver impactful marketing assets that enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

Brand Campaign Management & Coordination:

  • Execute brand campaigns from brief to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand objectives.
  • Manage campaigns with external agencies and overall external project deadlines
  • Provide input on creative brand and communication strategies
  • Produce key brand materials like sell sheets, brochures, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain consistency in brand tone and visuals across all touchpoints.

Content Creation & Marketing Support:

  • Develop marketing collateral such as sell sheets, PowerPoint presentations and brochures to support sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and optimize content for our digital efforts (web, social media, email campaigns) ensuring brand alignment and consistency.
  • Support the development of automated marketing campaigns via Salesforce, Pardot.

Creative Support & Visual Asset Development:

  • Provide hands-on creative support to the marketing team, working with our Graphic Artist, in designing visual assets, ensuring projects meet brand standards and deadlines.
  • Support the production of photography and video content for campaigns by assisting in shoot coordination and asset organization.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining corporate templates, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

Brand Consistency & Communications:

  • Ensure the consistency of branding and messaging across all marketing initiatives, internal/external communications and external agencies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure adherence to established brand guidelines.
  • Contribute to ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) initiatives, integrating them into external campaigns and internal communications.

Market Trends & Insights:

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitive activities, and customer insights, providing actionable recommendations to the team.
  • Support with customer satisfaction surveys and analyze marketing performance data to improve future campaigns.

 

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or content creation.
  • Experience managing external agencies and collaborating with vendors, ensuring alignment with brand objectives while adhering to project timelines and tight schedules. Proven ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring efficient project management from concept to execution.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom) and Canva.
  • Video editing skills using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro are a strong asset.
  • Familiarity working with Salesforce, Pardot, or CRM platform.
  • Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
  • Comfortable using project management tools such as Asana, Wrike, or Monday.com.
  • Strong brand sensitivity with a creative and innovative mindset.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Written and verbal communication skills in French.
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English will be considered an asset.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
