Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing Professional with an engineering background (Added Advantage) and an MBA degree to join our team. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and strategic marketing skills. As a Marketing Professional, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility. Your engineering background will provide valuable insights into the technical aspects of our products or services, enabling you to effectively communicate their value proposition to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Utilize your engineering knowledge to identify key market segments, customer pain points, and competitive advantages to drive differentiation.
Product Marketing: Create compelling product messaging and positioning statements that resonate with target customers. Leverage your engineering background to translate technical features into customer benefits, clearly articulating the value proposition.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes. Analyze market data, customer feedback, and industry reports to generate actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
Marketing Communications: Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and traditional marketing. Craft persuasive and engaging marketing content tailored to different audiences.
Brand Management: Support brand development and ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials. Collaborate with design and creative teams to create visually appealing and impactful marketing collateral.
Lead Generation and Conversion: Drive lead generation initiatives through targeted marketing campaigns, events, and partnerships. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead nurturing processes and increase conversion rates.
Performance Tracking and Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates. Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve return on investment.

Qualifications and Skills:
MBA degree with a focus on marketing or a related discipline.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field (Added Advantage)
Knowledge/Experience in Social media management.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
