Location: Charlotte, NC
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
Pay: $24 - $26 per hour

About the Role:
As a Marketing - Branding Assistant at Style Netbox, you will support the marketing team in developing brand strategies and executing creative campaigns that showcase the uniqueness of our clients. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a passion for branding, design thinking, and storytelling.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in creating and implementing brand strategies across digital and print media.
  
• Help manage marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and timely execution.
  
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends.
  
• Support in the development of brand materials such as presentations, pitch decks, brochures, and digital assets.
  
• Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and project managers to maintain a cohesive brand voice.
  
• Coordinate client communications and gather feedback to improve branding strategies.
  
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  
• Strong understanding of branding principles and digital marketing basics.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools is a plus.
  
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
  
• Team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
