About the Role:


As the Manager of Creative & Brand Innovation at Gesture, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming our brand into an unforgettable experience. Your role will involve leading creative projects, shaping our brand identity, and driving innovative strategies that resonate with our audience. Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Brand & Creative Strategy: Develop and execute Gesture’s brand strategy, ensuring it aligns with our core values and goals. Own the visual identity and create engaging experiences across B2B, B2C, and D2C platforms.
  • Drive Innovation: Continuously seek fresh, innovative ideas to keep Gesture ahead of market trends. You’ll spearhead new campaigns, products, and branding efforts that stand out and deliver measurable impact.
  • Creative Leadership: Manage the design and production of all creative assets, including digital, print, and social media content. You’ll work closely with our marketing and product teams to ensure cohesion and consistency.
  • Manage a Team: Lead and inspire a small but mighty creative team. Foster collaboration while encouraging autonomy and innovative thinking.
  • Results-Oriented Execution: Balance big ideas with strategic execution. Every initiative will have clear KPIs, ensuring your creative vision drives real business outcomes.
  • Technical Expertise: Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Figma, Miro, and experience with Trello for project management. We also use Lattice to track performance and feedback.
  • Problem Solving: Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, thinking on your feet and solving creative challenges proactively.

Job Requirements:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Branding, or related fields. Master’s degree or higher is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in branding, creative management, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Leadership: Experience leading a team is a must. You’ll be managing creative projects and ensuring that deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Brand Manager Skills: Strong knowledge of brand strategy, positioning, and identity development across different customer segments (B2B, B2C, D2C).
  • Creative Manager Skills: Expertise in design, content creation, and campaign management. Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, and Miro is essential.
  • Innovation Manager Skills: A forward-thinker who can innovate within the brand, consistently bringing fresh ideas to the table while staying ahead of market trends.
  • Entrepreneurial Skills: Results-driven, innovative, and capable of balancing creative flair with practical execution.

Gesture is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $90k-$130k annual, in addition to commissions and bonuses. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
