Job Description

Are you curious to see what lies on the back end of recruitment? Have you been wondering how a company attracts talent and makes the candidate experience an unforgettable journey? Then we are looking for you!

As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you will spend your time between recruitment for all open Internship positions in the Netherlands and Talent Attraction, being involved in Avery Dennison’s Employer Branding in the labor market. In this position you will work closely with different stakeholders, having autonomous responsibility for the full Intern recruitment process, while also working on projects that are enhancing our Talent Attraction strategy.

You will have the following responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment and selection process for all the Internship positions in the Netherlands, from the creation of the position until the offer process
  • Foster a welcoming Intern Community through regular events and networking opportunities
  • Support in the organization and the participation of recruitment events (Career Fairs, In-house days, company events, etc.)
  • Maintain our Talent Attraction communication tools, such as our Talent Community
  • Join our mission to constantly improve how we attract and hire top talent! Your ideas will make a difference to candidates, hiring managers, and the whole HR & Talent Acquisition team.

The preferred internship start date is December 1st, 2024. The ideal candidate is available 4-5 days a week for at least 5 months. The location of the position is our European Headquarters in Oegstgeest. The internship can be done remotely for up to 2 days per week.


Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • You are an HBO-/WO- student in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology or any related studies
  • You have an interest in human resources and employer branding
  • You have very good communication skills in English
  • You have strong organizational skills as you will be involved in many different tasks
