We are looking for HR Recruiting & Employer Branding to support our recruiting process from start to finish. You’ll assist other recruiters, hiring teams and candidates in our headquarters as well as in our subsidiaries. If you’re enthusiastic about the world of recruiting, tech-savvy and an excellent communicator, we’d like to meet you!
Responsibilities
- Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media
- Active search via Linkedin and other platforms
- Assist teams in screening resumes, conduct initial phone screens and schedule calls and interviews
- Maintain applicant tracking system to ensure information is up to date and to keep track of open roles
- Set up and execute Employer Branding strategy in regards to all related formats and materials
- Set up and drive social media / other external channels and maintain ndigital career website
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in recruiting and employer branding in tech startup company
- Generally 1-4 years of experience in recruitment & employer branding related field
- Knowledge in Social Media and Google Analytics is an asset
- Excellent communication skills
- Data driven
