Solis Recruitment have partnered with an international Fashion and Accessory Retailer on the lookout for an eCommerce Product Manager to join their team in London.


 


This is an exciting time to join their business, they have invested significantly in transforming their eCommerce offering and continuously looking to evolve and enhance their eCommerce website to enhance customer experiences.


 


The Role


 


As the eCommerce Product Manager you will be responsible for looking at initiatives to improve the website, improve customer experience and increase sales. You will be accountable for your own P&L and will take commercial responsibility of new digital initiative (identifying opportunities and risks).


 


Day to day responsibilities include:


  • Building strong relations with internal and external stakeholders

  • Managing 3rd party partners

  • Working closely with the branding team to ensure the correct content is displayed, overseeing trading initiative such as sales, promotions and new product launches

  • Utilising data and insights to shape the digital product roadmap

  • Exploring the customer journey and identifying opportunities to increase sales and conversions

  • Communicating actions and plans with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Managing an eCommerce Executive

 


Skills and Experience Required


 


To be successful if your application for the eCommerce Product Manager role you will have/be:


 


  • 3+ years relevant eCommerce experience as a Product, eCommerce, Trading or Conversion Rate Optimisation role

  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills

  • Strong understanding of digital experience design

  • Track record of enhancing website sales from undertaking trading initiative, rolling out new digital features and/or improving customer journeys to increase conversions

  • Experienced working with branding and content teams

  • Proactive and creative thinker who can bring new ideas to the table

 


This role has a salary of up to £60,000 and has a hybrid working pattern of 3 days a week in the office in London
