The Digital Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the integration of branding, digital and lead generation strategies.  In this role, you will focus on building a strong online presence, enhancing brand identity, and driving engagement across digital channels.

The Digital Brand Manager will need to closely collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, sales, and IT to achieve the company’s growth goals.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Website Management:

  • Oversee the maintenance, optimization, and performance of the company website.
  • Ensure seamless user experience and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Manage updates, content creation, and third-party integrations.

 

Brand Strategy and Digital Integration:

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance brand identity across digital platforms.
  • Ensure consistent messaging, tone, and visual branding across all digital campaigns and assets.
  • Monitor brand perception and refine strategies to improve customer trust and loyalty.

 

Lead Generation Campaigns:

  • Create and execute lead generation strategies across various digital channels, including Email, SMS, Social Media, Affiliate Marketing, and Search.
  • Optimize campaigns to drive conversion rates and customer engagement.
  • Leverage tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing to drive lead conversions.
  • Optimize landing pages, lead forms, and customer and consultant journeys to maximize lead conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align lead generation efforts with sales objectives and goals.

 

Digital and Analytics:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media, SEO/SEM, and content marketing initiatives to improve website visibility, search rankings, and generate awareness and leads.
  • Monitor analytics and make data-driven recommendations to enhance organic traffic.
  • Use data analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, and Shopify) to measure campaign performance and ROI.
  • Use insights to drive strategic decision-making and course-correct marketing plans as needed.
  • A/B test campaigns to refine messaging and optimize results.
  • Provide actionable insights based on campaign data to continuously improve lead generation strategies.

 

 

 

Salesforce and Customer Engagement Support:

  • Develop digital marketing resources, templates, and guides to empower our independent salesforce.
  • Collaborate with the salesforce to ensure marketing campaigns resonate with target audiences and drive conversions.
  • Actively seek feedback to refine campaigns and support tools for maximum effectiveness.

 

Content Development and Lead Nurturing:

  • Create and manage engaging content, including blogs, social media posts, videos, and email campaigns, to attract and nurture leads.
  • Design automated email sequences and drip campaigns for lead nurturing.
  • Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely, relevant, and consistent communication.

 

Agency Management:

  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors for digital marketing, paid media, and creative initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment with strategic goals and manage budgets effectively.

 

Marketing Automation:

  • Manage platforms such as Klaviyo, Attentive, and others to streamline marketing efforts.
  • Develop automated workflows to enhance customer journey and retention.

 

Compliance & Regulations:

  • Ensure all digital marketing efforts comply with regulations such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA.
  • Maintain ethical standards in all customer outreach initiatives.

 

Team Collaboration:

  • Act as a true team player, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Foster a positive and adaptable work environment, contributing to the company’s overall success.

 

Customer Experience and UX Optimization: Responsible for UX optimization.

  • Continuously improve the user experience (UX) across the eCommerce site, ensuring a mobile-first, intuitive, and efficient journey from discovery to purchase.
  • Conduct A/B testing and utilize user feedback to identify and address pain points in the customer journey.


Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

·        8+ years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, preferably in a direct sales environment.

·        Proven ability to manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns.

·        Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, and Excel/Sheets.

·        Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Klaviyo and Attentive.

·        Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills.

·        Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt quickly and make data-driven decisions under pressure.
