Content & Branding Executive – Retail (Lab-Grown Jewellery)

Requirements: 

                     2-4 years of experience in branding, content creation, or social media marketing.

                     Strong creative skills with an eye for aesthetics and storytelling.

                     Experience in handling photoshoots, reels, and video editing.

                     Proficiency in social media tools, Canva, and basic editing software.

                     Excellent communication and organizational skills.

                     Passion for jewelry, fashion, and digital marketing.

 

Key Responsibilities:

                     Social Media Management Plan, create, and manage content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.

                     Develop and execute social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility.

                     Engage with the audience through comments, DMs, and community building.

                     Track analytics and optimize content based on performance insights.

                      

                     Photo & Video Shoots Coordinate and oversee product and lifestyle photoshoots.

                     Work with photographers, videographers, and models to ensure high-quality visuals.

                     Assist in editing, retouching, and selecting content for digital platforms.

                     Create engaging video content, including reels and behind-the-scenes footage.

 

                     Physical Branding & Follow-ups Manage in-store branding, packaging, and offline marketing materials.

                     Coordinate with vendors for branding assets like signage, brochures, and display materials.

                     Ensure brand consistency across all physical touchpoints.

                     Follow up on production timelines and execution of branding materials.

 

                     Content Creation & Marketing Develop creative content strategies aligned with brand identity and storytelling.

                     Write engaging captions, blogs, and ad copy.

                     Collaborate with designers for high-quality graphics and visuals           

Stay updated on content trends and competitor activities.

Assist in planning seasonal campaigns, influencer collaborations, and PR initiatives.

Track and analyze campaign performance to improve future strategies.

Work with the marketing team to align content with promotions and events.

Ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone across all platforms.

Monitor competitor branding and suggest improvements.

Explore new ways to enhance the brand’s positioning in the market.
