Job Description: Branding Manager / Marketing Manager

Job type: Full time/ Part time

Shift: Afternoon

Key Responsibilities:

1. Website Management:

o Oversee and maintain the company website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with branding strategies.

o Regularly analyze website performance (traffic, user engagement, conversions) and generate reports.

2. Social Media Management:

o Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

o Manage and maintain all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.

3. Content Creation & Design:

o Develop content calendars and ensure timely posting across all platforms.

o Ensure content aligns with brand voice, target audience, and marketing goals.

4. SEO & Analytics:

o Implement and manage SEO strategies for the website and social media platforms to improve organic search rankings and visibility.

o Conduct keyword research, optimize content for search engines, and keep up-to-date with SEO best practices.

5. Branding & Strategy:

o Collaborate with other teams (product, sales, etc.) to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

o Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of digital marketing trends.

6. Customer Engagement & Reviews:

o Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback across social media and other digital platforms.

o Encourage positive reviews and engage with customers to foster a loyal community.



Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.

• Strong proficiency in SEO tools and strategies (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).

• Experience with website management tools and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).

• Skilled in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) and video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
