The Role
The Branding and Marketing Strategy Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and marketing initiatives. This position involves developing comprehensive marketing strategies that position PartnerHero as a leader in our industry, attracting both clients and top talent. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of brand development, digital marketing, and strategic communication.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement innovative marketing plans that enhance brand visibility and drive client engagement.
- Brand Management: Oversee the development and consistency of the PartnerHero brand across all platforms and materials.
- Digital Marketing: Utilize various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing, to reach target audiences effectively.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand industry trends, competitor positioning, and customer preferences.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and client needs.
- Content Creation: Lead the creation of compelling content that resonates with our target audience and showcases our unique value proposition.
- Performance Measurement: Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated to high-impact initiatives.
What We Expect From You:
- Experience: 5-7 years in branding and marketing strategy, with a strong focus on digital marketing and brand management.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and client engagement.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions that set our brand apart.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
