Roles & Responsibilities
Brand Strategy Development:
* Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
* Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth.
Brand Positioning:
* Define and maintain the brand's unique selling propositions and positioning in the market.
* Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all communication channels.
Brand Identity Management:
* Oversee the development and maintenance of the brand's visual and verbal identity.
* Monitor and enforce brand guidelines to maintain a cohesive brand image.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
* Collaborate with various departments, including performance marketing, website development, graphic design and social media marketing, development, to ensure brand alignment.
* Provide guidance on brand-related considerations in cross-functional projects.
Market Analysis and Competitor Monitoring:
* Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
* Analyze market data to identify opportunities and threats, adapting brand strategies accordingly.
Budget Management:
* Develop and manage budgets for brand-related activities, ensuring efficient use of resources.
* Track and report on the ROI of brand initiatives.
Brand Performance Metrics:
* Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of brand initiatives.
* Regularly analyze and report on brand performance, making data-driven recommendations.
Brand Innovation:
* Identify and explore innovative opportunities to enhance the brand's relevance and competitiveness.
* Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies that could impact the brand.
Reporting and Documentation:
* Prepare regular reports on brand performance and present findings to relevant stakeholders.
* Maintain comprehensive documentation of brand strategies, guidelines, and initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications:
