SUMMARY OF POSITION:


The Brand Strategist is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales initiatives. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented professional with experience in Graphic design, Canva, collateral creation, UI/UX, Salesforce (Pardot), and website design (WordPress).


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


Brand Strategy Development:



  • Collaborate with VP of Sales to create and implement comprehensive strategies that align with business goals.

  • Identify market opportunities and trends to optimize branding  efforts.

  • Develop and manage content for collateral, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with sales objectives.


Digital Branding:



  • Design and manage brand campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.

  • Oversee the design and content management of the company website, ensuring a user-friendly experience and alignment with strategies.

  • Utilize Canva and other design tools to create visually appealing brand materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media graphics.


Sales Support:



  • Work closely with the VP of Sales to develop collateral that supports the sales process, including product sheets, case studies, and presentations.

  • Manage the integration and use of Pardot in Salesforce for tracking campaigns and lead generation activities.

  • Provide insights and feedback to the sales team based on branding analytics.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:



  • Partner with other departments, including Product Development and Customer Success, to ensure branding efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.

  • Contribute to the development of customer-centric messaging and value propositions.


Reporting and Analytics:



  • Track and analyze the performance of branding campaigns, providing regular reports to the Vice President of Sales.

  • Use data-driven insights to refine branding strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE):


Education:



  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Communications, or a related field.


Experience:



  • 3+ years of experience in a graphics roll with a focus on UI/UX and website design.

  • K-12 school foodservice is a plus

  • Proven experience with Canva and Salesforce

  • Familiarity with website content management systems and basic HTML/CSS.


Skills:



  • Strong design skills with proficiency in Canva or similar tools.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable branding strategies.

  • Self-starter with a creative mindset and attention to detail.
