Position Overview
EYA, the premier residential real estate developer in the DC metro area, is seeking an experienced Brand Strategist to take a lead role in maintaining and enhancing EYA's brand across all touchpoints. Operating in a fast-paced environment, this position will manage all branding activities throughout the entire project lifecycle, from pre-launch to post-launch. A key aspect of this role involves project management, collaborating closely with sales teams and project marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with our corporate goals and values.

Responsibilities:
- Support the EYA team of leaders in developing and implementing overall brand strategy.
- Manage day-to-day brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of brand guidelines.
- Coordinate new project branding initiatives with project teams.
- Oversee content creation to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Support corporate communications and public relations efforts.
- Liaise between the marketing team and other departments for brand-related matters.
- Assist in coordinating branding elements for new project launches.
- Support the development of marketing assets for active selling projects.
- Monitor brand performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
- Analyze brand perception and make recommendations for improvements.
- Assist in tracking ROI for branding initiatives.
- Support the VP of Marketing in developing and managing branding budgets.
- Track expenses related to branding initiatives.
- Work closely with the digital marketing, content, and events teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Collaborate with sales and design teams to align branding with customer needs and product offerings.
- Collaborate with departments such as architecture, land acquisition, engineering, and HR on cross-disciplinary initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Advanced and specialized education in a related field preferred.
- At least 7 years of experience in brand management, preferably in real estate or related industries. Experience working at a marketing agency or as a client managing agency relationships is required.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing strategies, with a passion for maintaining brand integrity.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills with an eye for details.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools
- Demonstrated visual and graphic design acumen.
