Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to uncover insights about client industries, competitors, and target audiences.
  • Develop brand positioning strategies that differentiate our clients in the marketplace.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive branding strategies for clients across various industries.
  • Be the key point of contact for clients, manage the account & lead client servicing.
  • Lead client workshops and presentations to communicate strategic recommendations and garner buy-in.
  • Monitor industry trends and consumer behaviours to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Lead the creation of brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and marketing collateral.
  • Project manage all deliverables from creating calendars, to internal briefing to ensuring quality output as per defined timelines.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of branding campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Make marketing calendars, prepare internal & external briefs.
  • Organise work flows, and streamline deadlines & tasks for creative & copy team members.
  • Assist in client presentations and communication as needed.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, branding, or a related role (internship experience may be considered).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and branding trends.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
