We're currently assisting one of our clients, one of the biggest building material companies in Indonesia to hire a dynamic Brand & Product Manager. The Brand & Product Manager will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to enhance the companys brand image and increase customer loyalty. This role involves market analysis, creating innovative marketing campaigns, and collaborating across departments to ensure alignment with the companys objectives. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional creativity, analytical skills, and proven experience in branding and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research:
    • Analyze consumer trends to predict future market demands.
    • Conduct market surveys and competitive analysis to guide strategic decisions.
  • Brand Strategy Development:
    • Design and implement effective brand strategies to engage target audiences and strengthen brand perception.
    • Monitor brand performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Marketing Campaign Management:
    • Plan, create, and manage marketing campaigns across print, digital, and broadcast channels.
    • Organize events such as product launches, exhibitions, and promotional photoshoots.
  • Budget and Team Management:
    • Manage marketing budgets to optimize resource allocation and ensure cost-efficiency.
    • Lead a team of junior assistants, providing guidance and support.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration:
    • Work closely with marketing, advertising, product development, and sales teams to ensure alignment in brand messaging and strategies.
    • Communicate effectively with executives, public figures, and external stakeholders.
  • Data Analysis and Feedback:
    • Review sales data and customer feedback to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven improvements.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of work experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in branding, planning, organizing, data analysis, and market surveys.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in English (written & spoken)
  • Willingness to work full-time from the office.
