About the Role:



Reporting into the Head of Marketing, the Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for establishing and scaling one of the newly acquired brands (Tria) across the CurrentBody portfolio.


You must immerse yourself & communicate the culture, mission and target audiences of our brand to ensure we’re focused on our brand goals & to identify opportunities for the brand to tap into.


· Work with the Head of Marketing to refresh the brand guidelines, values & tone of voice of the brand.


· Work with the wider functions and agencies to ensure branding is consistent across the business for online, social and product to ensure a strong and consistent brand messaging.


· Support the Head of Marketing on the strategy and ideation of branded content across all marketing platforms.


· Brief & execute hero global marketing & new product campaigns to the creative and wider marketing teams.


· Work with central teams to develop the content, CRM and social strategies for the brand, working to boost engagement across all channels.


· Work with Head of Marketing to manage the marketing calendar, constantly planning ahead for success.


· Define quantifiable measures of success for all activity and report back to wider teams.


  


Candidate Requirements:


 


•Suitable experience within a similar role


•Experience managing omnichannel marketing campaigns


•A passion for beauty – this brand’s mission is to redefine skincare routines


•Experience in working across US markets is desirable but not essential


•Highly driven and able to work autonomously – as a recent acquisition, we’re looking for someone willing to get stuck in to to take this brand to the next level.


•Able to project manage a variety of projects, with competing priorities


•Highly creative – always bringing new ideas to the table


•Good with words with an eye for detail


•Passionate about brand storytelling 


•An excellent communicator

2nd Stage – A one-hour interview where you can expect competency questions. In most cases this is held in person.
