WAND-TV is looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to oversee the representation of the station media company brand to its customers (potential viewers and users).  This person will produce innovative and creative marketing campaigns delivering results-based improvements of company products and programming. A full creative think-tank is needed in this position to relentlessly research Ad media trends, explore new campaign ideas, and develop memorable content Ad productions to engage and impress the audience.  


 


What you will do:


 



  • Lead ongoing brand marketing projects with all aspects of media production & campaign phases.

  • Work with Digital Content Director, Web Team, Social Media Coordinator to enterprise and plan timely content marketing posts.

  • In tandem with the creative team, design and develop creative concepts for campaigns, photoshoots and all station related marketing and promotion production.

  • Responsible for facilitating the brainstorming process for strategic branding and image development. Oversee the smooth running of effective adverts as well as marketing strategies.

  • Lead Producer for all brand marketing and promotion videos for WAND Media, WAND NEWS, and WAND NOW related projects.

  • Create Innovative marketing campaign ideas to support and grow the WAND News and Station brands as well as ratings and associated metrics.

  • Use available research and identify targets to guide and filter all creative production and promo objectives. 


 


What you will bring:


 



  • Demonstrated creativity and proficiency in cinematic photography DSLR, non-linear editing, directing, field production, script writing, and a good sense of design/graphic post-production competence for producing advertising campaigns or content marketing projects

  • Show some understanding translating performance with TV ratings, advertising demos,&  digital metrics.

  • Must be able to lead a creative team environment.

  • Knowledge of TV production and media production terminology.

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to succeed using field & studio lighting.

  • Ability to edit with Adobe Premier, Photoshop, After Effects and other non-linear graphic applications.

  • Working knowledge of Apple Computers, Windows, and Microsoft Office software.


 


Education & Experience


 


 



  • College Degree or technical experience equivalent

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in video and marketing production.
