  • Manage and develop P&L and drive market growth
  • Make decisions about the cost of branding and analyzing trends in customer spending
  • Oversee all communication and ensure brand consistency
  • Build Brand positioning and market share through the implementation of marketing initiatives
  • Drive consumer experience that reflects the brand’s promise and meets consumer needs. 
  • Working across functions - including Product, Tech, and Business to deliver the best consumer experience.
  • Aid in the creation of marketing and advertising campaigns to strengthen brand identity
  • Develop custom marketing and advertising strategies
  • Write pitches, blog posts, and articles
  • Oversee marketing operations
  • Build relationships with influencers, journalists, and media outlets
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.



Requirements


  • MBA with marketing specialization
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience
  • Budget-management skills and proficiency
  • Agency Management experience required
  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
  • Excellent communication skills
