About the Role:

 

We’re looking for an outgoing Brand Manager to keep CVG’s brand consistent, engaging, and community-focused. You’ll shape brand strategy, cultivate thriving online communities, and bring creative energy to content and campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Brand Consistency: Ensure all communications align with CVG’s mission, vision, and values.
  2. Community Engagement: Manage platforms (Facebook Group, private app, Instagram, TikTok), host discussions/challenges, monitor feedback, and relay insights to improve products and campaigns.
  3. Content Creation: Appear in photos, videos, and live streams; develop and edit photo and video content for compelling visuals, copy, and content that strengthen brand loyalty and awareness.
  4. Campaigns: Develop and execute storytelling-driven brand campaigns; create compelling visuals and copy that foster loyalty such as exclusive product previews, promotions, or themed campaigns
  5. Performance Tracking: Track engagement, brand sentiment, and community growth; use analytics to optimize strategies.
  6. Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure consistent brand execution across all communication channels and with photo/video shoots, product presentations, and brand messaging.

  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: Exceptional multitasking skills with a focus on delivering high-quality work in a fast paced setting.
  • Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills that connect authentically across multiple platforms.
  • Creative & Flexible: A team player who embraces variety, preferring new challenges over repetitive tasks and collaborates well with various teams. Has a creative mindset and enjoys seeing a project through completion.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

 

  • Proficiency in major social media platforms for business (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
  • Experience with Photoshop, Canva, Lightroom, Capcut, and/or Premiere Pro or other photo/video editing tools.
  • Passionate about our company, values, and message with a deep understanding of company voice and products.
  • Expertise with project management tools, Google Suite, and calendars.
