Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Brand Manager with 7 to 12 years of experience, particularly in the fields of architecture, design, and luxury marketing. The Brand Manager will play a key role in shaping and elevating Company's brand image and presence within the architectural and design industry. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in creative marketing and branding, with a passion for architecture and design.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Strategy & Development: Lead the development and execution of brand strategies, ensuring alignment with the company’s values, mission, and long-term business goals. Develop and manage brand positioning, messaging, and marketing communications for the Company.
  • Creative Marketing Campaigns: Conceptualize and implement innovative marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional, to drive brand awareness and engagement with key target audiences, including architectural firms, designers, and luxury clientele.
  • Content Creation: Oversee content creation for multiple platforms, ensuring that all materials (digital, print, social media) reflect the premium quality and aesthetics of the brand guide.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to analyze trends in the architectural and luxury design markets, identifying opportunities for growth, partnerships, and brand differentiation.
  • Collaboration with Design Teams: Work closely with the design and product teams to ensure that brand identity is consistently reflected across all product lines and materials, enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Brand Partnerships & Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers, architects, interior designers, and key stakeholders in the architectural and design space.
  • Event Management: Plan and oversee participation in industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to elevate brand presence and showcase the company’s products.
  • Brand Monitoring & Reporting: Track brand performance and KPIs, analyzing the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjusting strategies as needed to maximize impact.
  • Go to Market: Develop and oversee marketing strategies
  • Brand Architecture: Manage and define the structure and growth of the company’s brand architecture.
  • Coordination with Agencies: Work closely with external agencies for marketing, advertising, and PR activities to ensure brand consistency.
  • Marketing Budget: Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively to achieve company goals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 7-12 years of experience in brand management, marketing, and creative strategy, preferably in the architecture, luxury, or design industries.
  • Proven experience working with architectural firms or similar sectors, with a deep understanding of the market.
  • Strong creative skills with a portfolio showcasing innovative marketing campaigns and branding efforts.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and experience in brand performance analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and brand consistency.
