About the role:

The Brand Manager leads the development, coordination and execution of comprehensive brand strategies, driving Village Cinemas’ marketing position. The Brand Manager will work closely with internal teams and external partners to create engaging and innovative marketing campaigns that reflect Village Cinemas' distinct market offering.

This role will see you:

• Develop and implement strategic brand initiatives to enhance brand awareness and market position, emphasising Village Cinemas as Australia’s only Australian-owned cinema chain


• Align strategic branding decisions with business goals and audience expectations

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all customer-facing creative outputs align with the brand’s core message, tone, and visual identity, creating brand guidelines and training teams for use.


• Utilise data insights to refine brand positioning and inform strategic marketing decisions


• Manage marketing budgets for brand campaigns, including forecasting, tracking, and optimising resource allocation and evaluating ROI

• Lead a team of creatives, providing clear direction, support, and feedback

About you:

The key skills and competencies we are seeking in the successful candidate include:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field


• A minimum of 4 years of experience in brand management, with proven success in multi-channel marketing and campaign execution


• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and analytics.


• Excellent project management, organisational, and communication skills


• The ability to lead teams and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders


• Proficiency in marketing software tools and Microsoft Office suite.
