We are now searching for a Brand Manager.The role is ideal for someone who can excite the world to look at YourNest as the go-to VC for fund deployment by leveraging the power of branding.
How does this role contribute?
As a Brand Manager, you will play a strategic role in shaping YourNest’s identity, reputation, and perception. You will ensure that the branding strategy aligns with our investment strategy while managing marketing activities within a defined budget.
This role is also critical in maintaining YourNest’s position as a thought leader in the industry.

- Proven ability to conceptualise and design visually engaging campaigns.
- Experience in crafting marketing plans that encompass all critical touch points including events.
- Hands-on experience with online marketing channels, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.
- Meticulous in ensuring accuracy and quality across all communications.
- Ability to work autonomously without reliance on external agencies.
- Strong connections with media outlets and industry influencers.
- Effective team player, able to work closely with all functions.
- Confidence and authority to interact directly with founders and senior leaders.
What will you be responsible for?

Brand Strategy Development: Build a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with YourNest's values, mission, and investment focus.

Value Proposition: Craft compelling messaging to effectively communicate YourNest’s unique value proposition to key stakeholders.

ChampionYourNest Identity & Marketing Materials: Develop and maintain YourNest’s visual identity across all platforms, including the website, social media, newsletters, and quarterly reports, with regular updates.

Public Relations: Build and nurture strong relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and peers in similar roles at other VC firms.

Portfolio Promotion: Champion portfolio companies by promoting their news and updates across social media and to target audiences.

Thought Leadership: Assist partners and colleagues in developing original content (papers, posts) to communicate the brand internally and externally.

Fundraising Support: Develop compelling investor materials to support fundraising efforts.

Stakeholder Engagement Events: Create and manage events to connect YourNest with entrepreneurs, investors, and the broader community.

Industry Partnerships: Collaborate with industry bodies to enhance YourNest’s brand image at relevant events and forums.

What qualifications must you have?
- Work experience of 5-7 years in a brand building function – either in an advertising agency or the marketing function of a well-established organisation engaged in active communications.
- Must have actively participated in strategic development and should have also executed brand campaigns.
- First-class graduate in any discipline from a reputed college/university, preferably in a Liberal Arts discipline.
- Post-graduate diploma/degree in Business Management/Mass Communications (e.g. MICA).
