Brand & Content Marketing Executive

Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Management:

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance market positioning and recognition.
  
• Maintain brand consistency across all internal and external communications.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align branding with company objectives.
  

Content Creation:

• Create, edit, and manage high-quality content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, websites, and other marketing materials.
  
• Craft compelling storytelling that aligns with the brands voice and values.
  
• Collaborate with designers and videographers to produce engaging visual content.
  

Video Content and Camera Handling: (Added Advantage)

• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for promotional, educational, and branding purposes.
  
• Operate cameras and other equipment to create professional-grade videos.
  
• Develop video concepts that resonate with the target audience.
  
• Enhance video quality through post-production editing using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
  

Social Media Management:

• Plan and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and followers.
  
• Create and share engaging multimedia content tailored to each platform.
  
• Monitor audience engagement and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  

Campaign Planning and Execution:

• Develop and manage marketing campaigns, including content calendars and promotional activities.
  
• Ensure campaigns are targeted to appropriate audiences and achieve measurable results.
  
• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights for optimization.
  

Market Research:

• Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  
• Stay updated on industry developments to inform marketing efforts.
  
• Gather customer feedback to refine branding and content strategies.
  

Collaboration and Coordination:

• Partner with the sales team to create collateral that supports business objectives.
  
• Liaise with external agencies and vendors for campaign execution.
  
• Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media management platforms, Google Analytics, and SEO.
  
• Video editing expertise with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
  
• Experience with camera handling and familiarity with video production equipment.
  
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and attention to detail.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  
• Strong analytical skills to measure and interpret campaign performance.
