Role overview:
As a Brand Communication Associate, you'll be at the forefront of shaping and executing our brand's communication strategies. You'll collaborate closely with the Branding team to ensure consistent and effective messaging across all channels, including digital platforms, social media, print, and events. Your creative skills, strategic thinking, and attention to detail will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our brand's reputation and resonance with our target audience. This is a full time - Work from office position.
Responsibilities:
- Craft clear and consistent messaging that resonates with our target audience and reinforces our brand identity across all communication touchpoints.
- Support the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns and initiatives across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.
- Coordinate with creative, media, and digital teams to ensure campaign alignment and effectiveness.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement in our brand communication efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Help in executing brand activation campaigns and events to drive brand engagement and customer loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience & Proven experience in brand communication, marketing, or related roles.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in brand communication and marketing.
