Job Title: Assistant - Brand Management

Location: Bhubaneswar (In Office)


Requirements

 

  • Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's vision and goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the brand's message and engage the target audience.
  • Assist in monitoring KPIs, generating reports to track brand growth, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the creation of compelling and on-brand content for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, and advertising materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for brand innovation.
  • Assist in maintaining and evolving the brand's visual and creative identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • As an assistant, support the development and execution of the company's PR strategy, involving research, objective setting, audience identification, message creation, channel selection, media relations, and ongoing monitoring for a positive brand image and robust public relations presence.
  • Help manage the brand budget, monitoring expenses related to marketing campaigns and ensuring they align with the overall brand strategy.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and design, to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company objectives.
  • Assist in creating engaging content for media releases, social media platforms, and newsletters, as well as updating and maintaining the companyโ€™s social media pages.
  • Utilize data and analytics tools to track the performance of brand initiatives and campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining brand guidelines to ensure consistent branding across all channels.
  Educational & Skills Requirements:  
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in public relations, communication, brand management, or marketing.
  • Excellent understanding of various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Efficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good research and analytical skills.
  • The ability to prioritize your workload and keep to strict content deadlines.
  • Willingness to attend corporate events after hours and on weekends.
  • Strong knowledge of copywriting and editing.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
