Job Description

The Opportunity 

We’re a diverse creative group that crafts award-winning experiences in partnership with an exciting portfolio of sports, lifestyle, and entertainment clients, and we’re on the lookout for an amazing Artworker to join our fast-growing team for Amex F1 UK.

Who You Are

Artistic, proactive, collaborative — we’re looking for a Artworker who will be responsible for the preparation and output of design files for all Amex F1 UK assets. They will work closely with our Creative Directors, Art Directors, Designers with the UK and sometimes the US, alongside the UK Amex F1. You will work on existing collateral to layout, format and finalise elements for print and digital output across the Amex F1 global activation calendar.

What You’ll Do 

Alongside our Design Director and talented team of creatives, you’ll help craft visually bespoke experiences for a variety of top-tier clients. From asset design to branding to experiential spaces across Amex F1 global races. you’ll support our studio team from inception through final production on projects that push the boundaries of what a brand can be.

Other Responsibilities 

  • Laying out and formatting artwork files
  • Creating mock-ups for pitches
  • Supporting with pitch deck work when required
  • Reporting into Senior Designers or above, regularly sharing their work with them for feedback and guidance
  • Understanding and translating design briefs and Brand Guidelines with accuracy and consistency
  • Meeting internal deadlines, even if it means occasionally working extended hours
  • Promoting best practice to the team and all stakeholders
  • Responsible for work going out being accurate and fit-for-purpose

What You’ll Need 

  • 3+ years within events.
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Expert at using relevant software; predominantly Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
  • PowerPoint and Keynote desirable
  • Keen eye for accuracy
  • Image re-touching
  • Creating GIFs
  • Presentation documents
  • Organised, reliable and meticulous
  • Strong understanding of the print production process
  • Strong understanding of artworking for print platforms for trackside branding, hospitality spaces and general branding.
  • A strong understanding of working to brand guidelines and an agency briefs.
